Sustainable Operation and Management of Industrial Parks

The "Sustainable Operation and Management of Industrial Parks" is an online course that provides participants with a basic understanding of industrial parks operation and management, including effective industrial park management strategies, and aspects such as selection of competent operators, talent attraction and workforce training, performance monitoring and one-stop shop services.

After completing this course, participants will learn the following:

  • How to assess the performance of industrial parks?

Industrial Parks Financing and Investment Facilitation

The "Industrial Parks Financing and Investment Facilitation" is an online course designed to equip participants with the theory and practice of financing industrial parks development and facilitating investment flows into an industrial park.

Through this online course, participants will explore the different approaches to industrial parks financing, as well as strategies for attracting new investors, but also retaining existing ones. 

Participants will learn how to identify and attract impact investors that will contribute to the achievement of SDGs and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. 

Learning outcomes

After completing this course, participants will learn the following: 

  • How to mobilize resources to finance industrial parks development initiatives?
  • How to effectively promote industrial parks to investors?
  • How do investors make investment decisions?
  • How can industrial parks develop compelling location value propositions?

The “Industrial Parks Planning and Development in the 21st Century” is an online course designed to equip learners with the theory and practice of planning and developing environmentally sustainable and inclusive industrial parks.

Through this online course learners get exposure to the different core aspects of industrial parks planning and development and learn about the various interventions that are required at micro, meso, and macro levels in order to effectively and efficiently plan and execute industrial park initiatives.

After completing this course, participants will learn the following:
