Sustainable Operation and Management of Industrial Parks

The "Sustainable Operation and Management of Industrial Parks" is an online course that provides participants with a basic understanding of industrial parks operation and management, including effective industrial park management strategies, and aspects such as selection of competent operators, talent attraction and workforce training, performance monitoring and one-stop shop services.

Learning outcomes

After completing this course, participants will learn the following: 

  • How to successfully operate industrial parks?
  • How to assess the performance of industrial parks?
  • Strategies for providing streamlined services?
